Is there a particular order I should merge to retain the cover photo? It disappears when I merge form mobile using three different devices.
When I insert the client data from ISN the realtor is downloaded in database but is not in the report. Is there something I am missing? |

Hi John,
After the ISN Import select the agent from the drop down on the Client Information screen. On HIP Mobile you take the cover photo on the Client Info screen (click the blank box in the top left here it says Put Cover Photo Here). If you don't take the photo, HIP Mobile inserts a blank cover photo automatically as a place holder. We did this as guys who didn't take the cover with the mobile device were having a problem as the pics would fill the first slot once imported to HIP. So if you're taking it with a separate camera just remove the photo on the first slot in HIP and then click Add and select your actual photo. Does this make sense? |

The photo we take on the client screen disappears after the merge.

Ahh interesting. Is it the merge with another inspector that makes it disappear? Send me a few of the hzf files that are downloaded and let me know what order you're merging them in so I can test it out on my end, replicate and fix ASAP!

I am assuming it has to do with the order of the merge. We will test tomorrow while doing inspections. I will let you know.

I ran some tests tonight. The cover image must be in the original file that the others are merged into.
You open the file with the cover and then merge the others. I hope that helps. Now I do not have to go, re-slot the cover image. |
