TOPIC: Item Name Format

I am having an issue with the item name format. I set my font and that is working just fine. I set a background color and it works fine, until I save my template. After I save the background color changes to transparent but the font I chose stays. I have to choose the color again every time.

Select the font and transparency you want and exit the Item Descriptions Window and save the template. If you exit HIP and generate a report is it correct? Don't go back into that item description window after setting it, just test it on a real report.

When I save the template is when it reverts back to no color. I have to choose the background color then print without saving for it to work.
