TOPIC: How do I get rid of the "Good / Fair/ Poor choice on the Mobile

Hi, How do I get rid of the Condition choices from the Mobile, I dont see them on my Template but they show up on the Mobile.

Remove all the text from the ratings section in Report Settings=>Ratings in HIP and then Save the template and upload it to mobile.

I went to  "Report Setting" than hit "Rating"  then the options are "Rating" & "Rating Options" or Do you mean go through each template looking for rating comments which I dont see either in HIP but shows up in Mobile...

When in the Ratings window, highlight each of the ratings choices near the bottom of the window and backspace through whatever text is showing. This will remove the ratings from showing in the software. You can uncheck the box in the middle of that window as well to turn of the ratings boxes. I attached a screen shot of what I am refering to.  Give me a call if you have any other questions.

Do what Wayne said. To remove the text on Mobile you MUST erase the text (checking the box isn't enough).
