When I uploaded my template to the cloud, then to my Ipad mini, some of the fields in the client info section are different.
1- There was no field to enter the Real Estate Agent, (this is a drop down list based on the address book) 2- The field Label for Province was changed to State 3- The field Label for postal code was changed to Zip 4- The format for the date of the inspection was changed from yy/mm/dd to dd/mm/yy How do I or can I correct the problem? |

It's best to just update all that information on HIP once you transfer it back from the cloud. You can just enter it into state/zip and HIP will handle it okay. We're not supporting the reverse in date yet.

I also noticed that when using HIP mobile and you sync with the cloud that every time you sync another copy of the same report it is also saved to the cloud with the same file name. All the same file names/copies can then be viewed when downloaded using HIP Mobile button on my lap top. Is this normal or should the original file saved to the cloud be updated, creating a single file? |

We did this on purpose in case guys made a mistake. We didn't want them to overwrite their good report. The next update actually automatically dates these which makes it a little easier to know which file is which.
