TOPIC: Report upload to cliant

i'm haveing a problem, seems almost every cliant when reciving there upload link to there report trys to log in on the left and not the little PDF icon
Is there a way to make the PDF icon larger or more defined so they can find it better

Hmm, that's odd, I haven't heard that one before. Yes I'll see what i can do to make it more prevalent. Is it just the clients or is it the agents too?

I had two clients just last week doing the same.... ? First for me...

Nothing has changed on there in a LONG time. I'm going to turn off the login window on the client report screen to see if that helps.

I thought it was strange since I had not had anyone say they had trouble before.  Oh well such is life.....
