Hello,
First time on this board. I use ISN. Many of my clients are out of state. I would like to add a copy of the signed inspection agreement to their report. Any way to do this? |

You can use a PDF Merge program. Adobe Acrobat does this or you can get free programs from downloads.com. If they already have the email from ISN though why embed it again in the report?

If an individual was to attempt to use the report in a law suit. In Florida, the plaintiff is allowed to pick and choose what info they supply the court when filing. The plaintiff does not have to give the court the agreement. I do not get to present any documents until after the court has decided to allow the suit. I would like the agreement to be in the report. Likely, any litigation may be squashed, or at the very least be based on my contract. Which of course, defines the venue for all litigation.

Can you upload a merged PDF to HIP to be sent to the client?
I tried this last week and it didn't work. |

You can do it outside of HIP by using a PDF merge program. You will need to turn off PDF security under Report Settings->Options->Security.
Jay, you can go ahead and add it as a document. Any legal action will always have the judge request the contract. |
