I am having a problem uploading HIP mobile to cloud. There was an error message then the upload just stops at 30% and freezes. Is there a fix or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Tom,
A few possibilities: 1) Double check your username and password on the Sync tab. This is the same login information you use to get onto homeinspectorpro.com. 2) Make sure you're on a wifi connection. If you have a lot of photos a weak cell signal can cause problems. 3) Make sure your device does not go to sleep during the upload process. You can turn this off on every device though the method varies between Android & iOS (iPhone/iPad). You can also just touch the screen once a minute to prevent the issue. |
