Using the "S Memo" app that comes pre-loaded with the galaxy 3 phone.

If you want to edit a picture during a report,

Exit out of the report
Open the "S Memo"
Take the picture within the app
Edit the picture and save
Re-open the HIP mobile app
Then import the edited picture from "Pic From Gallery"

Playing with this "S Memo" and it seems to have the potential to be quicker, as all work can be done on one device and completed on site.
