TOPIC: Fonts change when I generate the report...

Hello All,

I have always built my reports using my 2goPC. No issues other than the tiny little screen and my tired old eyes. I finally downloaded 3.5.1 on my desktop (same version on my 2goPC) so I can build my reports using my 27” monitor. In my template I have every font set to Arial. I have the same template in the 2goPC as I do in the desktop PC. When I generate the report in the 2goPC it looks great. When I generate it in the desktop PC the cover body text, report footer text and all of the photograph text change to a cartoon or kids font. I can change the (for example) cover body font to something different in the desktop PC, re-generate the report and the font is changed to the new one. But when I try to change it to Arial it goes right back the cartoon looking font. Very frustrating. I really don’t want to send my reports with a cartoon font. Which means I am back using the tiny little screen on the 2goPC where this is not an issue and everything works just fine.

The problem is obviously (I think) in my desktop PC and compatibility with HIP. I am running a HP/Compaq 6200 Pro MT. I am able to run CorelDraw X6, Dreamweaver CS6 and the full Office 2010 Suite with no issues.

Anyone else run in to this before? Any thoughts? My eyes thank you in advance!

It's possible that your desktop doesn't have the exact same font that you are using. Just set all the fonts again via Report Settings->Formatting and Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order and save the template.
