My mobile devices are not compatible with my Mac Book Pro- they are telling me I need 3.4.5 or above-

I just bought the software two days ago, this seems a bit strange. �I need to start using this software in the field, now!

Where do I get a version of software that works with my mobile devices?

There's 2 versions of 3.4.5 and I want to make sure you get the right version! You can check your version of your Mac by clicking the Apple in the top left and then click on About.
