TOPIC: Starting in HIP then uploading to cloud -

is there a easy way to start with the desktop HIP ( cliant info and contract page) then upload to cloud and then use mobile. i have only been able to figure out how to upload a template and get it on the mobile

Hi Eric,

You currently can't move an inspection from the desktop version to mobile. Inspections have to be started on mobile. This will change down the road as it is on the to-do list but we have several larger features that need to be completed first.

So it has to be started in mobile then send it to the HIP to finish contract page?  then work off mobile and resend it when done

Yes you could do it that way. Or just input the name, address and date directly into HIP twice (kind of a pain, I know). If you're using ISN you'd just import the data. We also recommend directing people to have them sign your contact on your website.
