TOPIC: shaded bars

How do I change my reports or template so the the item labels print inside a shaded or colored bar.  I must have changed something but I can figure out how to reset it.

I looked and looked and could not find it.  Now that I see where it is I feel stupid!

After staring at a program for a long time it's very easy to overlook stuff. Especially the things you rarely change (like format settings).

I had the same issue last week.
Dom reminded me not to go back and recheck the setting after changing it and that worked for some reason.
