I saw your video. my question is this. on the recall website i can add a photo of the data plate. can we do that with hip?

Not yet. RecallChek just added the ability for other software to send them this a week or so ago. We'll be adding it soon.

Two questions...

Can you change the RecallChek submission so that it also submits the serial number?  I collect that info but it does not get submitted.  The RecallChek report states "Not visible/inaccessible", which makes it look like that I did not collect it.  Thanks

Also, do you know what is wrong with the RecallChek submission.  It stopped working for me on Thursday.  It complained that the zip code was not the proper format 1st and now complains first name or city or ...  I called HIP Tech Support yesterday.  Thanks.

I haven't heard of anyone else having an issue so I'm not sure. Dan sent me one of your files which I'll be checking out here shortly.
