If you mean the desktop version of HIP, yes I did. I went and retook the pictures anyway Dom, but it is good to know there is a workaround. The only thing is if the work around will work even when the HIP program is running off of DropBox?

Dom, I have another question. Lets suppose I take 20 pictures with the mobile HIP. And additionally, I take 20 more pictures with my digital camera. When I return to the office to work on the report, and now want to add the camera pictures into the report, and I choose "Batch add" to bring those other pictures in, will they overwrite the existing pictures already in the report taken with the pad? I've been adding them one at a time for fear they would delete all my previous pictures. Thanks for your help.

Do you think Dom, that it may be that when I first uploaded the report to the cloud, I may have attempted to download it to the PC before dropbox had an opportunity to sync it? I just noticed with another report that I just uploaded and was going to download it to my pc, that the dropbox icon had not fully synced it yet. Maybe that is the reason I lost some of the photos yesterday?

You can batch add as many times as you want without any problems, even if there's pics from mobile HIP.
The cloud has nothing to do with dropbox. Dropbox is something you added so you can share your full HIP files between multiple Windows/Mac machines. |
