The only way to do this is via the cloud. Apple does not allow direct data transfer via usb so we setup all of HIP Mobile to work through the cloud. The cloud is actually a bunch of servers on Amazon for us that also convert the data format from mobile to desktop HIP and back. We're also storing all the reports (PDF's) for 5 years for you on it.
