TOPIC: Saving comments on my template

Hello all,
Brand new HIP user here. I have 2 questions.
#1 Which template is the best one to start with?
#2 when I enter my own comments to the sections. If I want them to show up the next time I open template for another inspection, do I just save the current template overwriting it? I think I made sense with this question.
