TOPIC: seem to have developed a problem

I seem to have developed a problem. When I make any changes to my standard inspection template and click "Save Template," I am unable to access the template. I have to reload a copy of the template, using a thumb drive, from my laptop. I don't have this problem on my laptop, only my desktop computer.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like you're using HIP 2 and Java 7. Remember that HIP 2 only works with Java 6. HIP 3 was released over a year ago and is required to work with Java 7. Time to upgrade!!
