TOPIC: How to attach a re-inspection report

Hello all,
Is it possible to attach a re-inspection report to the original?  What is the best way to document this with hip?  I'm think it will have to be a separate report (because of different time and date...).

Depends on how you do it. Some people use the original inspection and add notes to new comments to flag it was seen on reinspect. Others use a new report and only have sections print if they were commented on. You can also merge two pdf's but I don't think that's necessary. Its a personal preference thing, just make sure to state that it's only a reinspection.

I just did a new report with just the systems needed.  My client was asking me to do an addendum to the original but I wasn't sure that was possible.

I usually open the original report, add an Addendum under each problem i.e.
Addendum : plumbing deficiencies were corrected

Then I re-issue the report under a new name:  Franklin - 265 Patent Lane with Addendum
and upload the report
