TOPIC: Import Contacts

I have tried to use the Import Contacts button in the address book (HIP 3.2.7) but it doesn't seem to function. I can Export Contacts and it properly exports to csv. Is there a known issue with this or do you have any idea how I can import a list of contacts? I would like to import a contact list that I originally exported to csv from HIP (from a different computer), but when I click on Import Contacts absolutely nothing happens.

It's a known issue. I started working on it but haven't finished all the documentation on the exact format yet (I need to get to that!). If you don't have any other contacts in HIP send me your csv and I'll send you a HIP Contacts.xml file.

Have you fixed this issue yet, I am trying to do the same?

No, it got put way on the back burner until I finished merge and HON integration. I'll work on it this week.

Is there an update on this? I want to import my CRM data into HIP.
