TOPIC: Client is not able to save hip pdf report???

My client just informed me he can't save the secure pdf (hip report) I just sent him.  I think the issue is on his end.  Is there anything I can change?  I don't want to send it unsecured (they can make changes).

There's nothing that prevents someone from saving a secured pdf. In fact to view the report at all it actually has to be saved on their computer in some way. I don't think he understands what he's saying.

I was thinking the same thing.  I have been using hip for several months and never received a call about this.
