TOPIC: client info page

When on the client info page.. is there an area where i can make notes that the client will not see at all..

Not on that page. But you can add a new page to the report via Edit Template, add 1 selection panel and call it client notes or something. Then just don't check that section when you go to print.

Like Dom said, the easiest way is to just create a section that you don't print.  I collect and put the following information in that area that nobody but me sees.  It is more of a refresher should somebody call with questions or concerns at a later date.

Present at inspection
Time started
Time ended
Weather including temperature
Rain in recent past
Vacant or occupied
Structure Condition
Property Condition
Property style
Comments.

I keep track of when agents arrive and if they leave early or if they spend all the time in the car.
I keep track of when others arrive or leave the inspection.
I use the comments section for any other information that could be pertinent at a later time.  Sometimes nothing, sometimes it is a book.
