TOPIC: edit comments and spell check

Ok :
1st time to use the software on inspection.
I am using Texas template. 1st comments in- then noticed on generate report(no preview option is coming up) I have a spelling error and need to edit comment. It is not a comment I saved into comments it is a comment I out in on this specific report

Hi Kathy,

You can generate as many times as you want.  So just close the PDF and you'll be back in the program. Go to that comment and double click it to edit.

Is there a way to change the color of the grey highlight under headings?
such as 1. Foundations
2. Grading and drainage, etc.?

Yup, go to Report Settings->Item Description.
