TOPIC: Problem with buying the software

Dominic,

I'm trying to buy the software -- the new full-package software rental option for HIP, Cloud Service and HIP Mobile, and it won't let me past the "Registration" screen. It's not willing to let me use my existing site/forum login info or my company e-mail address (system says it's already registered). I need to get the resolved ASAP, as I have an inspection on Sunday and wanted to use the software then.'

You just need to log in on the left side of the site first on our home page. Then the purchase process will skip the purchase screen. Also, for future reference, the help desk (link at the top of the site) is the fastest way to reach us after hours as I only check the message boards a few times throughout the day.

Ah! I was logged into the forum, and thought that covered everything. Thanks for your help!
