TOPIC: Report reading notification emails.

Is there a way to limit or turn off the emails notifying me when the client and agents have read the report via the link? I enjoy knowing they've read it but don't care to know EVERY TIME the re-read it.

Not currently. What were you thinking of doing? Limit it to just the first notification?

Ya, just so I know its been received. That would be enough for me.
