Hmmm thats interesting. I did an inspection recently and in an effort to save time I shot some 100 photos under the same catagory with the intention to import them later via the batch method. I'm using a Samsung 7 Plus tablet running Android 3.2 honeycomb. I uploaded the report to the magic super cloud and then downloaded it to the PC. The 209 total photos I shot weren't there....oh darn I thought. I found them on the pc under data-temp-whatever file it went in. While they did not show up on the HIP software side they were transfered onto my pc from the cloud during the download. So perhaps look for them elsewhere.

Anyone running Mobile on the Kindle Fire? My phone screen is just too small and I'm looking at finding something a little bigger; it would help get the report done when I'm not scrolling forever! Also, I've got a CTL 2go PC that I'm willing to part with for a decent price.

Mobile worked fine today, but I didn't get to use it much. Only took about 10 photos with it. The rest were done with regular camera.
I started using a the 7" Galaxy tab 2.0 plus, it was nice for the size of reading comments in the inspection, but I really only use the mobile for taking pictures so far because most of my comments and speficic to the inspection, not "canned". So, that made using the tablet a little big. It needs to hands. So I switched to a Samsung Galaxy S3 with the 4.8 inch screen. Dom, just a coulple little pet peaves... When I enter the date on the Mobile, say August 19; when transfered to cloud and opened on desktop, it shows 07 as the month not 08. Also when I enter my province in the "State" field, it doesn't show up on desktop. |

I know about the date issue, it's on the to-do list. I'll check out the state. I've been telling people to just load client info on the desktop version as it's much faster.
