Obviously clicking on drop downs does not work for material comments or long narrative comments because the duplication looks terrible so I would stick with location such as North Bedroom,west window, etc.

You will find it looks pretty good that way.

The more you can eliminate captions the faster of course and the only way to improve that is by having more item tabs which of course makes the drop down list longer so a good compromise may be if you use the keyboard function to highlite the item section faster rather than mousing.

The mobile HIP has search as you type which is very cool if you are into tablet /phone reporting.

That is pretty much all you need to do and you can get fancy if you go to photo edit then add a rectangular box of red or blue to convey importance...

I never use the sketch feature as it is to complicated or takes to long when rushing.

Obviously the fewer pictures in the report the faster it goes....I take almost 300 at most homes myself.OK time for dinner.

I am able to crop, rotate, but when I want to draw arrows, circle, etc it does not work, what can be the problem.

Don't hold the mouse button and drag. Just single click to start the arrow, single click where it should end.
