OK I manage to get 10 or so pics and then my Motorola galaxy crashes and freezes up. I have to do a reboot to get it working. this happened three times before I gave up
Anyone have any ideas? I ended up just doing the inspection and the adding the pics after I downloaded from the cloud.. |

What version of HIP mobile are you using? Go to the Sync tab, click the Menu button on the phone and click About.

Hmm, that is the most recent. The photo issues had been resolved for everyone else, that's odd. Have you submitted a crash report when the program closes? That helps us track issues. Also, go to the camera settings and turn it down to 3megapixels. That should help resolve any memory issues on the tablet.
