TOPIC: Replace default contract

I have selected an inspection agreement that I want to use as a contract. How do I replace the default contract? Do I have to create a new documentfor contract?

Click the Contract Button along the top of the program. Erase what's there and paste your contract in. You'll want to paste from Word to Notepad first (Start->Run->Notepad) to remove any formatting and then paste it into Home Inspector Pro to avoid any formatting issues.
