Hi all,
I just tried to transfer over my HIP software from my desktop to my laptop via a flashdrive and came up with an error that said: java.io.FileNotFoundException:C:\windows\system32\lib\dictionary_en.ortho (the system cannot find the path specified) I am wondering if maybe my thirty day free trial on my laptop expired and it wont let me transfer. I am a member and can do everything else on both computers except change the company info on my laptop. I dont think this would matter but my desktop has Vista and my laptop has Windows 7. Thanks for your assistance, Dave |

Hi David,
The company info would require you to copy the CompanyInfo.enc file from the Data folder on the other computer or just load the license we sent you. It sounds like you missed the dictionary file when you copied the program over. Try just running the latest update off our site (click download trial) and direct it at the new folder. |
