TOPIC: Formatting Client Data on Cover Sheet and Indention problems

I've been working on my template and can't fingure out how to remove the Weather, Size, Age and a couple of spaces from the cover sheet client data. I have these covered under "Inspection and Site Details" like Sergio has in his reports, so don't need it on the cover. 

Also, when I viewed the "Inspection and Site Details section, the data I selected i.e. "weather conditions" is indented an inch or so. I didn't change the template or add any new data, so not sure why this is bumping over.

I went through the tutorials and tried a couple of searches for info on this but haven't found anything yet. 

If you don't want them on the cover, don't type the answers onto Client Info page and they won't appear on the cover.

You have have added spaces into the Description Text on the Weather area. Click Edit Comments and look on the Description Text on the left.

I left the field blank but they terms "Weather, Age, Size" still show up under the address.  There are also a couple of blank lines seperating address and inspection date.

You must still have some blanks in there. If you hit the space bar in those fields the program thinks you have data there. Make sure it's completely blank.

OK, had a couple of spaces that were left in that caused those fileds to populate.  I still have a blank space between the address and "inspection prepared for" line. Everything else is clean.

Any idea on the indention of the items in the fields?  Heading is left, but data is indented an inch or two.

See what I said above for the indentation. Post a PDF and I can confirm.

Check both Client Name fields and make sure you didn't add a space.
