TOPIC: Sorting by condition check box

I do some inspections for some clients that list both the major defects-printed in the summary, but I also create a pick=up or to do list for there handyman, which I use the "Fair" check box for. Is there a way to get HIP to allow me to print a summary of this check box item only? If not, anybody come up with a work around for it?

One way is to put as much into the summary as you want and have a comment at the front of the narrative that says "Safety, Major Repair, Minor, etc."

Remember, the checkboxes have nothing to do with the summary. It's the red/black that does.
