TOPIC: Both buyers and sellers realtor view uploaded report

Is there a way to have an email send to more than just the client and the clients realtor? I would like to have the sellers realtor to see the report also for future business from her. I did look at having the report uploaded to my website but not sure what I have to do to allow multiple people to see it.

Welcome to the forum.

Right now you'd need to forward the link you get in your verification email to the sellers agent. We did not add this functionality originally as it's illegal in many states. There's been enough requests for it that we'll be adding it in a future version.

Hey Dom, do you have an idea when you will have this feature ready?  Here in Okieville, we can discuss reports if we have permission.  I use the Nachi feedback form that gives me permission to discuss the reports with others if my clients so chooses.  If they dont give me permission, then I dont discuss it!

It's pretty far down on our to-do list right now since there's so few who need it. Though we have a feature to allow sending to multiple clients which you could tweak for this as weI'm looking to have a titanium app made for iPhone/Android that will collect information then merge the info into a 4 page form fill-able PDF. Photos will need to be captured then added to the end.

The data will be sent to a Java servlet to fill the form using iText and then return the PDF. I already have a servlet which I created for a J2ME application years ago which does exactly this and can easily be modified for other PDF's. You will need to modify the servlet for this application.ll. Otherwise you can just forward the report for now.

LOL I think I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.  I just tell everyone that the real estate contracts here require the buyers realtor to send a copy of all reports at the end of the investigation period to the listing agent.

If you make it, I'll use it.  If you dont, I wont!  lol
