Since I'm using ISN system and some of it's features on the HIP website I would like to be able to upload a report directly from the HIP program.  The only option I see is to upload to HIP although I can import client and agent data from ISN. There is a lot of additional support there like the email system for templates that can be setup to go out automatically like reminders, thank you notes and follow up emails.

Can I upload my reports to ISN directly from the HIP software?

Hi Dana,

You actually will upload your report via the ISN site right now, but enable your HIP website. This will kick the client back to your site to view your report on ISN through your HIP site... automatically! Eventually we'll get the upload service directly to ISN too.

Okay, I'm confused.  I've uploaded several reports to the HIP site but I don't see anything on my ISN account. Bottom line is I'm paying $20/month for ISN and do not want to also pay $20/month to HIP for a duplicate service. That does not make sense.  Do I need to set the inspection up through ISN first and import it to HIP to get it to show up on ISN? Or do I need to manually upload the report to ISN?
I don't see an "export function in HIP to get the report out.

I've set up an ISN booking page on my HIP hosted website here:

I want to implement ISN extensive email system.

Two separate services. You don't need the HIP upload service in this situation. ISN and HIP worked together to tie ISN reports into your HIP site just like HIP reports. So you will go to InspectionSupport.net and upload your report, their system will email all parties a link to your report on a page automatically created on your HIP website. The file is actually on ISN's servers (if you used HIP's upload service it would be on HIP's servers) but 100% appears to be on your site. You'll need to go into ISN's settings on their site and enable the HIP Website service.
