OMG your awake

The saved file never opens as the macro dose not fully run due to the evaluation copy opening. The macro is saved and when I click on it the evaluation copy opens and none of my other key strokes are performed (I guess the extra clicking required in the evaluation copy throws off the process)

Can't you manually click on Use Evaluation Version at that point? What version of Windows are you running? Maybe the script is running at a different user permission level so it can't open your license file. Try running the program as an administrator (right click->run as admin).
