TOPIC: Different Colors

I know it's been asked and I apologize in advance as I can't find the post...
How do you change the colors from the default red/black for damage descriptions?
Also, how do you add a third color?  If I remember correctly, Serge's report uses 3 colors.

AH, I see that it's in the formatting menu now.
Unfortunately, mine doesn't look like the one in the animated tutorial (I have a Mac.)
So the buttons and options I need aren't available. 
Frustrating.
Any workarounds?

The Mac part makes the difference. Instructions for how to fix this issue can be found in this post: www.homeinspectorpro.com/inspector-forum...61.msg32344#msg32344 from Dominic, you'll need to grab an updated version that solves this problem.

For the option of having a third color show on the reports, this comes from the 'Selection/Materials Font' under 'Report Settings > Formatting'. If your Inspection Item tab has a selection panel and a damage panel, this report setting allows you to define three separate colors for Normal Damage, Serious Damage, and Selections in the same report section.

Depends on if you mean change default or just one comment.

Report settings tab at top then formatting .
You can do lots of adjustments there.
