90 minute drive to the inspection? Ouch. How's that only 200 miles, you guys must drive slow out there.

This from someone who lives in the land of  move forward two car lengths, stop, move forward two car lengths, stop.  Stop some more.  Wait for motorcycle to drive down between two lanes.  Still stopped.  Time to turn around and go back to work.... :)

Man oh man - you westerners sure don't get to bed early!

Do you want to know how to get an extra month a year ... ?

You've heard of daylight savings time?  This is SoCal time.  Stay up real late, get up late.  You see the sand at the beach volleyball courts is too cold at 9am so there is no reason to get up that early.  You play from 11am to 3pm when the breezes blow in.  Work until 7pm.  Then to the gym for indoor ball until 10pm.  After that it over to the bar, drinks through last call at 2am.  Then back to bed.  Different world.

Then we grow up, get real jobs.  The tans disappear, the 6pack abs turn to a keg.  Leave job 1, head to job 2.  But by that time, the interior clock has adjusted to the late night routine.

PS.  It's just an excuse to let my wife get some decent sleep before I hit the rack and start snoring....... ;D

Sounds pretty good!

Some people have accused me of trying to get 2 or 3 extra months a year...  but that is a different story.

Shower time - gotta go.  Kiss the wife and snore away!

Good point Steve, that's why I'm moving up by you. I'm tired of driving 30 minutes to get 12 miles to work. But Jay lives in Virginia where there's wide open roads and no cars right?

Jay, I'm getting a few extra months too!
