Got a few hours to go. Trying to finish up a new version of HIP. Gotta setup our first Home Inspector's website from Wales and 2 other US sites.

What are you doing up Mr Jay?

Early one in a galaxy soon, soon to be and far, far away.  Have to leave about 430 to get there by 6.  Early because of the client's schedule.  Next one at 11, far from that one, so I had to leave lots of time.  Last one at 3, far from that one.  About a 200 mile day.

I had stuff to get done before I leave.  So, here I we, be.

90 minute drive to the inspection? Ouch. How's that only 200 miles, you guys must drive slow out there.

Rush hour here starts about 5am.  Traffic is horrible.  In fact, some study a couple of weeks ago, stated that Bristow to DC was the worst commute in the country!  I leave a little early to avoid traffic.  If I get to the inspection early, I just do the outside or read a book.  I also take into account that there might be an accident (drivers here from all over the world, and, frankly, they are terrible...) so I might have to get around it.

My kids call me the King of the Back Roads.  I can avoid traffic most anywhere.  Hopefully, no idiots this morning.

And no chicks I have to shine 1 million candles at...
