TOPIC: Ladder rack

I had a shorter ladder but I couldn't get to where I wanted (ladder was too short) so I bought a 24-footer.  Unfortunately, the ladder was too long for the bed of my truck.  I made it work but had to tie down the front of the ladder inside the bed so it wouldn't tip out.  I just got this thing made for my ladder.  It's light weight and I can remove it pretty easily.  Plus it's lockable so I can leave the ladder on it without being too afraid that it'll get stolen.

Where's the brown winter grass or snow?

Thanks Jay!  We're in the valley just north of Sacramento.  Tahoe is about a two-hour drive (today) and they are getting hammered with snow.  Raining today and more on the way!  Too bad it won't solve the CA budget problem.  ;D

Nice set-up. I noticed in the first pic. a house across the street is for sale. What do think the chances are that you would get to do the inspection??

I did the one right next door to it, so maybe this one too!  It was an easy carry.
