TOPIC: Document delivery/tracking/signature and likely more ?

Suggestions for electronic delivery of various HI documents: Inspection Agreements and more that need tracking and signature and return to sender once signed.

I use "Read Notify" to attach to specific e-mails, but am looking for enhancements.

Another HI in Garland, TX may be touching base with you about this as well as I sent him your way this evening.

When you upload a report you instantly get an email when the client and/or agent opens their report. The agent can also view all reports you've done for them on one nice page (as can you). This becomes a huge marketing tool as they don't have to print the reports or save the emails, they can just access them whenever you want, plus you have a backup for 5 years.

We do have an electronic signature system in the works, our attorneys are still going over the legality of the system as there's a lot involved with each of the states legal systems.
