TOPIC: Email marketing

Anyone use a good email marketing company??  I need to stay in better touch with my realtors and past clients.

John Onofry with his "HomeHints Newletter" get's rave reviews. I think a few guys here use it, and will hopefully post his info. I don't do the email marketing thing, but I would use his product if I did. I have seen a few of them, and they seem to be good quality. Much better than I could ever throw together! ?

What Jeffrey said it best if you can't come up with your own content (which is difficult to do month after month). If you can, just iContact, MailChimp or Constant Contact.

I use Mail Chimp. I have a local marketing/graphic design guy who does it very reasonably for me. I give him the theme, the verbiage and an updated e mail list, and he designs, formats and sends the messages. I have a separate message for past and potential Clients and Realtors. We don't bombard people but tie to seasons, events, etc. January is National Radon Month so a separate message went out to each list this month about Radon and my Radon Testing Services. It would be more work than I would want to undertake if I did not have him as a resource. Search around for an individual who may need the work and is reasonably priced.
