TOPIC: BEAT THE GEEK 2011 FANTASY FOOTBALL COMPETITIVE LEAGUE

Here we go again folks.  The 2011 Fantasy Football HIPPIE Competitive Fantasy Football League has a few openings left.  The 10 teams last year had a great time with plenty of trash talking as required.  There is a live online draft with live chat during the draft and anytime there are games being played.

This league is not for the faint of heart.  Know your stuff or don't apply.  We will take the league from last year (if they all get off their flat inspector butts and register) and will be adding 2 additional teams.  Since this is a competitive league, it is not just enough to ask to join.  The last two positions will be filled by a competition.  If you want to join, you must give an example of your trash talking in this thread.  The existing league will then vote on who should be allowed into our hallowed halls.

So if you want to join, here is your challenge.  You must post your best trash talking reply to this scenario:

You are playing DOM, the king of geeks, in the 4th week of the league.  His team is so-so (as it usually is).  He hasn't been feeling well   :'(  and the latest version of HIP is due out on Monday after this weeks games  .  Show us you are ready for this league.

Remember, the theme of this league is  BEAT THE GEEK.

If the first scenario is hard for you... try this one:

It's week 6 and you're playing against Steve "Old Man Cricket eater".  His computer is fried after crying so hard from the beating experienced last week.  Do you:
A) Go easy on the old man because his heart can't take it?
Send the old geezer a spare laptop and a box of chocolate covered crickets with a "get well soon" note?
C) Console him that his favorite QB Carson Palmer will gain him at least 4 points this week?
D) Inform the cricket man that a negative score from his Cincinnati defense might still keep him in the playoffs?
E) Worry that he's got control over the scoring system?

If memory serves me right,

Week 1.  BLUE BALLS LOSES TO "CRICKET EATER" in humiliating defeat.

Week 10.  BLUE BALLS LOSES EVEN BIGGER TO "CRICKET EATER". 

FINISHES BEHIND "CRICKET EATER" FOR REGULAR SEASON.

Unfortunately your memory is failing with age, it was more like marginal loss, then brutal defeat of the cricket man, and still managed to finish higher in standings than the cricket eater....

Brutal defeat BY this old cricket.  I beat you in the 2nd round, 147.92 - 100.80. 

As for the final standings, they mean nothing since we both lost in the 1st round of the playoffs.  Once we lost, the final standings were decided by how those teams that beat us finished.  And had we played each other in the 1st round of the playoffs, I would have beat you there by the score of 112.92 to 96.24. 

So until you actually beat me, you just continue to take IR pictures of your balls.  It's the only action your gonna see.
