To Jeff Jonas for agreeing to watch my inspection yesterday.  Jeff is a wealth of knowledge, a huge help, and can deal with any client in a very patient manner.  I was very glad to get the opportunity to learn more about how I do things from him.  Thanks Jeff!

You are very welcome! I was more than happy to help. You know you can ask anytime you need to. Hopefully I will get an 1800's home soon, so you can tag along on that one (or any other for that matter). Then you will find out what home inspecting is really all about !!!

You are absolutely right, Dom! Casey is a very good inspector, and it was a pleasure working with him. It was interesting to see how another (younger) inspector does things. It's been many, many years since I did a drive along. I believe it was educational for both of us. Helps me to step back and see how I've progressed (or not) over the years.
