TOPIC: Personal Stuff

Hey Dominic - how about we have a section under General Discussion in which we can ask each other personal questions.  Nothing untoward please!  That isn't my style anyway.  But, we get off onto personal topics all the time, and take good-natured swipes at each other.  However, we do it in other Message Board forums, which are more or less dedicated to other things - SEO, Inspection or Computer Questions, etc.  I think our discussions with each other are fun and funny.  We should have a place for it!

I think we have some interesting people and personalities in our group - and it is growing all the time.

Since the "Ask an Inspector" location is not used, maybe it could go there.  Call it Personal Stuff, Personal Questions, Persona Grata or something.  That gives us a chance to find out about each other and not soak up other board topics.  It would be open for all to read.

My first entry would be -- The Three Most Important Things I Have Learned From Life.  They include personal stories and good stuff.  Then you guys can slap me around all you want!  I would expect to be able to play with you too.

We don't need a poll or anything like that.  What does everyone think?

That sounds like a good idea.  I've told my life story in various forums.  lol

I think that would be great.  But the forum would be for more - a little swipe at somebody or kidding.  I think it would be fun, but so far there doesn't seem to be much interest.  You throw stuff out there - some things stick , some don't...

That kind of stuff was really what this board, general discussion was meant for. I could always create another board though. We'll see what happens to the board population after I finish the upcoming newsletter.
