Radon-Check with your State Health Dept and EPA

Mold -EPA has a intro course, INachi has a few good courses

Water Testing - If you are doing well, water flow & quality, I would check with a local plumber or service that provides testing, also inquire with local Health Department.

Hey David, thanks for the super fast reply.  I did check with my state licenseing board and they don't have any requirements, so I guess that means i can just take a course at nACHI, pass it and be certified?  By the way I have read many posts you make you seem to be quite on top of your game.  I'm new to the inspection biz, but not to the building biz, been doing this stuff 30 years mow..LOL :)
