TOPIC: People are funny

I get a call today, lady asked how much do you charge ? I ask what is the SF, where is it located she says 3600 Sf in Pasadena. I ask is it occupied she says no I ask the age she says built in 1928 I say that should cost $450 she says why so much I say older homes may have more problems than newer homes. She says I don't think so it has been remodeled several times over the years so I say well then in that case the price will be $600 she said I will get back to you she never called back  

LOL. Some people don't understand how much work goes into inspecting! Lets see, a 1928, 3600 sq ft home in Pasadena is probably going for around $650,000 to $850,000!
