TOPIC: Using Twitter as a tool

I was wondering how many of you currently use twitter as a marketing tool?

I was thinking if there was a large enough pool of inspectors using twitter it could actually be used as a tool in the field. You could instantly get information regarding any question you may have while you were on site. I think it could be a valuable asset if there were a large number of members following each other. Just throwing it out there to see what kind of interest you all would have.

I think that's an excellent idea for a network of HI to help each other on site. Too bad twitter doesn't allow photos yet as that would help a lot more.

It's a good idea, if you can get enough people to follow and "retweet" your posts.  I think getting the following is tough, unless we group together.  I'm starting to use it, but not much for results yet.
