TOPIC: Hud Application Question

I see on the application they ask how many assignments you can take at a time. My question is how much time do they give you to complete them ??

Do they have their own report format or do we use our regular home inspection report ?

If they have their own does anyone have a copy they care to share ?

How long does it take to get paid ?

What kind of insurance do they require ?

I know to many questions ???

I would not worry much about this.  I think I put down 7 when I filled in the application several years back.  I might get 1 job a year from the roster! HUD is not paying you.

You are paid by the bank/builder.
Yes, HUD has a specific form. You fill it out online, print/email and send to the bank.
I don't think they have any insurance requirements.  But you would be a fool if you did not have GL and E&O.
