TOPIC: Hampton Roads, VA or close by ride along

I live in Virginia Beach, VA and know that I probably need to be reaching out to inspectors out of my local area, but anyone close to Hampton Roads, Va would be appreciated.

I am not looking for someone to train me on how to do a home inspection. My goal here is to be a silent observer as you conduct and inspection or two. I am hoping to gain a better insight on how an experienced inspector conducts the inspection from beginning to end. I am not expecting a Q&A session while you are busy trying to make a living. I am interested in how one handles clients, agents, and homeowners during the inspection. I am also looking to see how my procedures compare to an experienced inspector.

I would gladly offer to buy lunch after the inspection if you were willing to discuss different aspects of the business. If you have any interest please let me know when the best time to contact you would be in order to setup a date and time. I would appreciate any assistance anyone has to offer.
