TOPIC: Commercial Structure In Newton, NJ

Re: Commercial Structure In Newton, NJ 15 years 2 months ago #20362

Nice pictures Drew, and thanks for sharing.

Worthwhile to take the CE course available on this Product.
Very interesting that it is made up of hay.

Hopefully the whole assembly is protected from moisture at the end of all this.

Thanks :)

Drew -  That agri-board is an interesting product.  Here it looks finished with stucco.  Is that the finish coat?

This particular building will have a combination of Split Faced Block at the bottom to window sill ht., then brick veneer with stucco (3 coat) inlaid features and EIFS along the top of the building at the parapets when we build them.

Here is how we attach the wall panels to the steel columns. These are 1/4-20 self-drilling screws placed 12" oc that attach key material to the column. This equates to a lot of screws!

The wall panels are finally finished and we are starting the roof. The roof panels are attached to (2) 2x10 blocking bolted to the steel I beams.
