TOPIC: If you process Credit Cards on your web site

Just some info for you guys/gals that process credit cards on your web site using the system
through Dominic and FNBO.

Dominic and I have been trying for 6 weeks or more to get money refunded back into
my account due to overcharging for the service on their end. It seems that after talking
to the rep the info goes to someone else to process and enter into the computer and they
seem to make mistakes. I have had an additional $25.00 pulled out of my account since I set it
up in Feb. Multiple phone calls and voicemails were not responded to by the rep and I had to
bring Dom into the picture. After several weeks he was finally able to talk to a service rep
and She called me after after Dom talked to her. Since our conversation was on June 30th
it was at the end of the cycle and the refund was to happen later. On july 2nd $25.00 MORE
was taken out. Today after talking to several people it turns out that they WILL NOT process
the refund untill the end of this cycle, 30 July and the refund may not be made untill August 3rd.
I am very unhappy that they have had my money and they only do refunds ONCE per month.
What a load of crapola.

Sorry Dominic for the rant. I just had to post something since others are in the same boat.
This is NOT Dominic's fault, he tried and tried and tried to get in contact with someone to find out
what was going on and they blew him off and didn't respond to his voicemails also.

No problem. I actually let you know when we talked that the woman said it was too late to refund the July 2nd charge as we had talked around June 30th and the charges had already gone through. They said the refunds wouldn't appear until the August statement.

Now that Jay is back from PCI complaince training, hopefully things will go smoother.

Guess my brain didn't want to comprehend not getting my money back for over a month.
I usually have very good recall on conversations, my son hates it, but waiting till August
for the money back must have caused a short ciruit in the synapses. ;D

No problem! I'd be frustrated too. Once they get the contract right you should be fine. Unfortunately because of the special deal we have, if they don't pay attention to the contract they'll set it up like the default account. Because of this about 10% of them are set up wrong. Right now we're going through higher up in their management to try and find some permanent solution.
